Return Policy

You can return your order within 90 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our warehouse is located in Asia, so be aware of potential shipping costs. The cost of return shipping typically ranges between AUD 25 and AUD 50. We recommend using a Track & Trace service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at info@rosebayoutlet.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Step 2: Send Your Package

Once you’ve received instructions from us, return the items to the address we provide. Make sure to use a shipping method with a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, so we strongly recommend choosing a traceable shipping option.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive your return in good condition, we will process the refund to your bank account within 14 business days.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may reconsider your purchase. However, please be advised that all purchases are final and cannot be canceled once an order is placed. If you need to initiate a return, please refer to our return policy outlined above.
